Upon inspection, the Sub Zero refrigerator was not producing ice. I began by diagnosing the ice maker, which was found to be faulty. I replaced the ice maker with a new one, ensuring it was properly installed and functioning. Next, I focused on the condenser coil, which had accumulated dust and debris. I meticulously brushed and vacuumed the coil to enhance efficiency and ensure optimal performance. After completing these tasks, the refrigerator resumed normal ice production. The appliance now operates efficiently, providing the expected ice supply.

GE Refrigerator Model#: PSF26NGWC - Problem: Water is no longer dispensing - Solutions: Water Valve: The water inlet valve assembly has failed and will need to be replaced. There is also some tubing in the machine compartment.That is brittle and falling apart. The brittle tube being will also need to be replaced. Part transfer initiated same day as service. RETURNED WITH PART Remove the failed water inlet valve assembly and install new. Replaced brittle tubing with fresh tubing. Tested operation. The valve is now passing water but the flow rate is low. GE Refrigerator Model: PYE22KBLFTS - Problem: Temp in fridge, not cooling as cool as it should - Solution: Evaporator fan motor - This client is seeing a common issue with this model of refrigerator where the Chris drawers stay nice and cold but the top shelves warm up This is due to a lack of air flow and a new evaporator fan motor will be needed I disassembled all shelving Removed evaporator cover Replace fan motor and right when I plugged it in airflow was restored I reassembled everything Unit is now working as designed Proper temperature should be restored in a couple hours and back to normal by the following morning Cross streets: Forest and Tonto Verde
