Monogram Built in refrigerator Model: ZISS420DKBSS - Problem: Water Dispenser is not working - Solution: Water Valve - I was originally called out to this Client’s house for water, not dispensing and had determined that the main control board was not sending the proper voltage to the water valve — After I returned with a new main control board and plugged it in, I found that water was still not dispensing I rechecked the voltage, which was correct coming from the board now Something must’ve happened with the old control board, not sending the proper voltage I then tested water coming in and out of the water valve to find that the velvet itself has faulted I replaced the water valve and tested operation The unit should now make ice and it was dispensing water The client will reach out if issues persist Cross streets: Rio Verde / Verde River
