Excellent Customer Service and Communication

Sears was scheduled to repair my refrigerator this afternoon and they cancelled my appointment five minutes before my appointment time, with no explanation and no availability for rescheduling for another ten days. I called two other companies looking for an alternative, and encountered call centers with no availability until the end of the month. So Dynamic was the fourth company I called, and was impressed at their customer service from the outset. They were the first company to ask the make and model of my appliance, they did preliminary diagnostics over the phone with excellent questions about the problem, and they had a real time calendar of their repair team so could schedule me promptly. The communication was top notch. When Andrew arrived, he was extremely thorough and communicated very well on what needed to be done, how much it would cost, etc. He also looked at my washing machine and gave me tips on how to make it work better. I'm extremely impressed with this company. They understand customer service and good communication.
