Sears was scheduled to repair my refrigerator this afternoon and they cancelled my appointment five minutes before my appointment time, with no explanation and no availability for rescheduling for another ten days. I called two other companies looking for an alternative, and encountered call centers with no availability until the end of the month. So Dynamic was the fourth company I called, and was impressed at their customer service from the outset. They were the first company to ask the make and model of my appliance, they did preliminary diagnostics over the phone with excellent questions about the problem, and they had a real time calendar of their repair team so could schedule me promptly. The communication was top notch. When Andrew arrived, he was extremely thorough and communicated very well on what needed to be done, how much it would cost, etc. He also looked at my washing machine and gave me tips on how to make it work better. I'm extremely impressed with this company. They understand customer service and good communication.

A Wolf range was brought in for repair due to an issue with it not heating. Upon inspection, the problem was identified as a faulty igniter. The igniter was replaced with a new one, and the range was tested to ensure proper functionality. The customer was informed of the issue and the repair completed. The range was returned to them, and they were satisfied with the service provided. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the customer was pleased with the outcome.

Upon receiving a call about an LG refrigerator that wasn't cooling, I began by inspecting the appliance's condenser coils for any signs of dirt or debris. I found them to be heavily soiled, which I cleaned thoroughly. Next, I checked the evaporator fan motor to ensure it was functioning correctly. After confirming it was operational, I moved on to the thermostat, testing it for proper calibration. I also examined the door seals to ensure they were airtight. Upon discovering a slight gap, I adjusted them to seal better. Finally, I tested the refrigerator's temperature settings and verified that the cooling system was working as intended
