Our refrigerator was not cooling when we got back from a trip out of town and the response from the first appliance repair company I called was 2-3 days until they could get someone there due to holidays. Scott arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, had the replacement part on his truck, so the refrigerator was fixed in less than 30 minutes.
