Our refrigerator was not cooling when we got back from a trip out of town and the response from the first appliance repair company I called was 2-3 days until they could get someone there due to holidays. They referred me to Dynamic, and when I called them the answer was that they could send someone the very next morning. Scott arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, had the replacement part on his truck, so the refrigerator was fixed in less than 30 minutes. The bill was right in line with what we expected based on an internet search of the issue.

Justin did a fine job with this repair, but here was my disappointment: I filled out your on-line information with a description of the problem and the model, make and year of the washing machine. Justin showed up and in about 5 minutes he found the leaking inlet valves and said that this is a very common and known issue for LG washers, but it would take a few days to get the parts that were 45 minutes away. Why did he not have these parts with him? Now I had to reschedule another 3 hour window appointment - this makes no sense to me, so it took two visits for a very simple repair - very disappointing...
